On Lok funds the creation of the National PACE Association. Now there are 21 PACE programs across nine states.

All inclusive care is provided by the PACE Southeast Michigan program. It provides a range of services that can help seniors remain independent in their own homes. These services may include therapy, counseling, socialwork, and primary care. They also offer prescriptions, outpatient care, behavioral health, and substance abuse services. Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements
PACE Programs for the Elderly are pre-paid capitated plans. They provide all Medicare and Medicaid-covered service in one comprehensive plan. A facility must be in good standing for both federal and state healthcare programs to be considered as a PACE provider.
